650 km of signposted MTB trails between France and Switzerland
The Portes du Soleil is made up of 12 linked Alpine village resorts either side of the French-Swiss border, with magnificient views MTB trails for everybody, all accessible via the summer mountain lift network and one chairlift pass.

Take the ski lifts, open to mountain bikers in summer, to access some of the best itineraries in the region.

In MTB terms, the Portes du Soleil offers :
  • 650km of signposted MTB tracks.
  • 10 dedicated DH tracks.
  • 5 bikeparks.
  • MTB Trial zones.
  • 24 lifts open to mountain bikers.
  • 1 Enduro tour over 80 km 

With more than 24 mountain lifts to choose from, mountain bikers can also make full use of the MTB facilities on offer: bikeparks, dedicated DH trails...

A map of the area is available free of charge at the ski lift and at the Tourist Offices.

In the Portes du Soleil the summer mountain lift network opens every day from 28th June to 1st  September 2013.
